Branding and Identity

A curated vertical cross-section of branding and identity design projects across diverse industries. Each project follows a bespoke approach, developed in response to its specific context, goals, and cultural framework. The work spans illustrative, typographic, and motion-design based identities, treating branding as a flexible visual language rather than a fixed formula. Approaches range from minimal and reductive to expressive and experimental, allowing each identity to emerge through the most appropriate medium and system for the project at hand. ↓



This project involved the development of a visual identity for an African, Vienna-based fashion designer whose creative expression is shaped by a tri-continental narrative: African heritage, Viennese upbringing, and a deep personal and aesthetic connection to Los Angeles.

The brand language fuses these cultural influences into a contemporary, forward-looking identity. The logo explores modernity through abstraction - breaking down letterforms and reconstructing them into a primordial and modern visual system. The logo becomes a symbolic language: rhythmic, textural, and intuitive. This approach reflects fashion as a form of cultural translation, where heritage and environment are not juxtaposed, but interwoven.

The logo concept was developed for an art collective and studio specializing in multimedia expression, driven by analog, vintage technologies and grounded in strong philosophical foundations.

Their practice embraces experimentation, imperfection, and process, favoring tactile and soulful methods over purely digital aesthetics. The visual identity reflects this ethos by balancing rawness with intention—merging experimental form-making with emotional depth and conceptual clarity.

This project focused on crafting a brand identity for a Vienna-based fashion designer with Serbian heritage. The designer’s work draws from Balkan traditions and Viennese cultural complexity, transforming these references into a distinct, contemporary fashion language.

The visual identity explores deconstruction as a method of elevation: opening up traditional influences, reinterpreting them, and reintroducing them within a modern, refined context. The logo employs classical typographic foundations, but strips them down to their essential forms.

Through reduction and deliberate proportion, the typography gains sophistication and a modern edge, bridging historical weight and contemporary elegance.

This project encompassed logo design, brand language, and interior concepts for a golf resort located in the Alps, beneath crown-shaped mountain formations.

The logo centers on a crown as a signet - symbolizing prestige and excellence, denoting and the hotel name, while simultaneously functioning as a metaphor for the surrounding mountains, putting green, and the golf hole itself. This layered symbolism allows the mark to feel both iconic and site-specific.

The overall aesthetic blends minimalism with the refined visual language of high-end alpine resorts. Clean forms, restrained color palettes, and tactile materials create an atmosphere of quiet luxury, harmony with nature, and understated sophistication—positioning the resort as both a destination and an experience.

This project involved the creation of a comprehensive brand identity for Smart Growth (Croatian original company name “Pametan Rast”), a company dedicated to sustainable project development. Smart Growth operates at the intersection of environmental responsibility, innovation, and long-term economic viability, delivering projects that balance growth with ecological and social impact.

The identity was designed to reflect the company’s forward-thinking philosophy and commitment to responsible development. The visual language combines modern, structured forms with organic elements, symbolizing the harmony between intelligent planning and natural systems.

This project focused on developing a brand identity for an artisanal restaurant rooted in traditional Istrian cuisine and culture. The goal was to create a visual system that honors regional heritage while presenting it in a contemporary, distinctive way.

At the core of the identity is a custom logo inspired by the form of a fingerprint, symbolizing authenticity, craftsmanship, and individuality. The fingerprint motif reinforces the idea that each dish, recipe, and experience is uniquely handmade and deeply personal. Upon closer inspection, the fingerprint is composed of stylized food elements, referencing key ingredients and culinary traditions from Istria - woven together to form a cohesive and meaningful mark.

This project involved the redesign of the logo for an iconic Austrian sparkling wine producer, with the objective of modernizing the brand while preserving its heritage and recognizability. The focus of the redesign was the brand’s historic eagle signet, a powerful symbol of provenance, quality, and national identity.

The new logo reinterprets the eagle through a contemporary lens by simplifying its form, refining proportions, and improve clarity and versatility across modern applications. Careful attention was paid to maintaining the eagle’s authoritative presence and symbolic strength, ensuring continuity with the brand’s legacy.

The updated signet was designed to perform seamlessly across packaging, labels, digital platforms, and premium touchpoints, reflecting the evolving expectations of a modern audience without alienating long-standing customers. Subtle refinements to line work and structure enhance legibility at small scales while reinforcing a sense of craftsmanship and elegance befitting a high-quality sparkling wine producer.

This project focused on developing a brand identity for a blockchain-based gaming company specializing in incentive-driven systems. Operating closer to the world of gambling than traditional gaming, the company’s products are built around chance, rewards, and decentralized mechanics enabled by blockchain technology.

The brand identity was designed to communicate trust, transparency, and excitement as key attributes in an ecosystem where credibility and user confidence are essential. Visual elements draw from both the logic of blockchain systems and the tension inherent in chance-based play, balancing structure with moments of unpredictability..
