This project focuses on designing and illustrating a variety of characters in different everyday scenarios, reflecting the rich diversity of the people living in the Wien Wohnen social housing communities. Through warm, detailed visual storytelling, it offers a glimpse into the lives of the residents who make these housing complexes vibrant, welcoming, and socially connected places.
At the heart of the project are diversity, humanity, and the unique personalities of the residents. The illustrations portray people of different ages, cultural backgrounds, and life situations interacting in common areas, courtyards, or within their apartments.
The project aims to highlight the strong sense of community and mutual care that can flourish within social housing environments. It celebrates togetherness, support, and the many forms of diversity that shape communal life - ultimately conveying an inclusive and positive image of urban coexistence.
